We’d like to thank everybody that was a part of Hip Hop in the Park. The performers, the volunteers, the organizers and all of the people that came out and made it such a beautiful day. THANK YOU.
I know it was not perfect; a few swear words slipped… we ran out of water…
But really… Thousands of people came down and enjoyed a beautiful day under the sun, enjoyed the park, the people, the vibes and the best of Edmonton Hip Hop Culture.
Last years event was great, and still we had complaints to the city and the papers… I encourage people to take a minute or two and write a letter or an email to the City of Edmonton (311@edmonton.ca) to praise today’s festival… or to the newspapers.
